- Primero. ACEPTAR el impedimento manifestado por el senor Procurador, doctor Edgardo Jose Maya Villazon para emitir concepto de fondo en relacion con la demanda de inconstitucionalidad que obra en el expediente D-5768, por las razones expuestas.
- Segundo. ACEPTAR el impedimento manifestado por el senor Viceprocurador General de la Nacion, doctor Carlos Arturo Gomez Pavajeau, para emitir concepto de fondo en relacion con la demanda de inconstitucionalidad que obra en el expediente D-5768, por las razones expuestas.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que una vez levantada la suspension, por Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional se REMITA el expediente al senor Procurador General de la Nacion, para que proceda con la designacion del funcionario que habra de rendir, dentro del termino que aun resta, el concepto de fondo a que hace referencia el articulo 278-5 de la Constitucion.
